I was sent to Banda Aceh, Indonesia to help produce a one-hour special for MTV News about the tsunami that hit December 26, 2004. As a compliment to the television show, they also created a website, which included many of my still photos. Click here to view.

One of my first assignments for CNN.com was to cover a weekend-long annual music festival in Manchester, TN called Bonnaroo. Many bands played ranging from James Brown to the Dead. The following is a gallery of photos from the event:

Next, I was sent to Buffalo to cover the Young Democrats of America's National Convention for the TV side of CNN. While there, I also wrote a print story and created a photo gallery for CNN.com. It was an exciting event because this year it drew big-named speakers like Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton and Jerry Springer. The follow is a gallery of photos from the event:

Also for the TV side of CNN, I rode the bus convoy with Arnold from San Diego to Sacramento the weekend before California's recall election. During the trip, again I wrote a print story and took photos for CNN.com. However, the dot com's recall coverage strategy went in a different direction and the story or photos never went live.
